Villa Safir is a recently built villa, ready for rental in 2009.
Our house is fully fenced and has an area of approximately 250m2 and is situated on a plot of about 650m2.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms which all have a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a shower also with a bath. The master bedroom is equipped with a tv as well. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
The living room gives access to all bedrooms and also from here you can enter the spacious patio. A TV with DVD player and a stereo with line option for your I-pod are present.
The open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped including hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge.
On the patio you will find a large table with dining for 6 people. There is a gas BBQ available on the patio.
The large pool measures 9x5m and you have practically sun all day. Just relax in one of the lounge chairs or have a drink with friends at your own bar.
You can park your car in the garage or within the gate of the house.
